How long will it take to complete a website?
This will depend entirely on the complexity/size of your project, how quickly we communicate back and forth, and on our current work schedule. Typically, 4-8 weeks would be an average turnaround.
What is the payment terms / work flow?
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to commence work. Once the first deposit is received, layout options in jpeg will be send for your viewing and approval. Communication between us is crucial during this phase to ensure the design will match your taste and needs.
Once layout acceptance is received from you, the work necessary to complete the project will begin. However, you should continually view updates to the site and express your preferences or dislike to us.
Upon completion of the website, final payment of remaining 50% balance will due.
Will you meet with me to discuss my project details?
Yes, unlike some web design companies that try to hide behind phone or e-mail, we meet with you in person at area Johor and Klang Valley 1-2 times as required to complete your web design project.
Do Only2designers use templates?
No. All of our websites are designed from a blank canvas by our professional website design team. Each website is built by professional, experienced web designers so that you get a website designed exactly to specific needs.
What is a domain name?
Every Website must have a domain name. A domain name is your Web site's unique address on the Internet. For example: www.only2designers.com
What is hosting?
Your Website needs a home on the Internet - a place for your domain name, Web page files and graphics to reside.
If I currently don’t have a hosting firm or I am not happy with my current host, can you host my website?
Yes. Though you may host a website we built for you anywhere you want, we like hosting our clients’ sites on our servers for everyone’s convenience.
What is website maintenance?
Website maintenance is to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.
Will I be able to track how many visitors I have to my website?
Yes. With Google Analytics, you can get the information on the number of visitors, referrals from search engines and other websites, keyword data and much more.
Who owns the completed Website?
Once the final payment is received for your website project, you own your website including the database.
